Over 15 years, the Not Sustainable team has supported Powerday on their sustainability and marketing journey. During this time the company has tripled in size and turnover. We initially helped Powerday build momentum in and communicate their sustainability journey, as the company evolved so did Not Sustainable’s role.
The team has supported Powerday in developing a strategic approach and embedding sustainability across the organisation. This has included annual objective setting, tracking and reporting across environmental, social and economic sustainability, whilst delivering bespoke training and support to directors, the sustainability team and wider organisation; carrying out client and employee engagement; and facilitating the setting and delivery against a net zero target.
Powerday has now built its own in-house team and skills and is driving its own agenda forward and communicating confidently about its journey. The company retains a relationship with Not Sustainable to call on their expertise as required.
