Over the past two years, Not Sustainable has partnered closely with Tottenham Hotspur Foundation to embed environmental sustainability into the heart of its operations, community programmes, and outreach. This collaboration has been rooted in the Club’s broader sustainability vision, with a shared commitment to driving meaningful change across the organisation and into the community it serves.
Through a series of tailored, hands-on workshops with key Foundation staff, we’ve helped build confidence and capability around environmental impact — equipping the team with practical tools and insights to integrate sustainability into planning and delivery. These sessions didn’t just raise awareness; they catalysed action, enabling staff to engage partners and stakeholders with clarity and purpose.
Our work has also extended to the Foundation’s senior leadership team, supporting them to recognise and amplify the organisation’s contributions across the wider sustainability spectrum. It has been a really positive project with an organisation that already delivers such invaluable social and economic impacts within their community – once again demonstrating the leadership of the Club in sustainability.
“Working with Not Sustainable has been a positive experience. They helped us develop a bespoke guidance framework, embedding sustainability into everything from planning to the delivery of all our activities, while their training gave staff a much broader and more practical understanding of sustainability.
The programme was tailored to our needs and adapted as we went, which made it all the more valuable. Staff found the sessions engaging, relevant, and hugely beneficial. I’d highly recommend Not Sustainable for the impact they’ve had on our organisation.”
