Silveray is developing an innovative alternative to traditional X‑ray technology and moving quickly through a period of rapid growth. To support their ambitions the business wanted to better understand the environmental impacts and potential of its technology and understand the sustainability story that sits behind the business.
Not Sustainable worked with Silveray to uncover the emerging impacts of the product, explore stakeholder expectations and build internal confidence around the company’s sustainability direction. Through detailed review of existing academic research, key stakeholder interviews, targeted fact‑finding and an early‑stage product impact review, we developed a clear, credible narrative to support and guide the business in line with its stage of growth.
The project culminated in an onsite workshop that brought clarity to the sustainability potential of the technology and highlighted how the wider business already demonstrates responsible growth. Silveray’s leadership team are passionate about having a positive impact through their work and were fully engaged in this session. They now have a confident, co‑developed sustainability narrative, one that supports investor engagement, strengthens staff alignment, meets client preferences and provides a practical pathway for future development.
“As a deep‑tech company, we wanted a sustainability approach that was rigorous rather than superficial. Not Sustainable brought structure, insight and realism, helping us translate intent into something meaningful for customers, partners and investors.”
